Peach Medical Sourcing LLC (Miami, FL) seeks Instructional Designer to manage the design of internal training and development programs to improve employee skills and optimize organizational performance. Incorporate training methodologies. Establish objectives for training programs. Design and develop blended learning programs, including elements of online training, classroom training, virtual training, and online reference tools. Design training program components, including training outlines, job aids, scenarios, and supporting documents. Measure the effectiveness of training by creating assessments.
